etc. They are strictly prohibited in the school premises.
Do not bring articles of value like jewellery
to school.
The school will not be held responsible for the loss of such articles.
Do not absent yourself from school. 75%
attendance is the
minimum requirement. Presence in the school is mandatory except in cases of
emergency.
Do not make loud noise or create confusion in
the class
room, auditorium or elsewhere in the school building.

Parents Guidlines
Kindly see the Fee Guidelines for the
payment of School
Fee.
The name, class and section of the pupil
should be
clearly marked on all the belongings of the student, e.g. water bottle, bag,
blazer,
umbrella, etc.
You are required to inform the school about
any change
in your address or contact numbers.
Sick child should not be sent to school.
If any child falls sick at school, the
school will
responsibly inform the parents. The parents should collect the child from
the school at
the earliest.
Your ward should come to school in proper
uniform on
all working days and for all school functions (unless instructed otherwise)
as well as
on every PTM.
Student who are not in proper uniform will
not be
allowed to enter their classrooms.
You are requested to co-operate with the
school in its
attempt to help your ward’s progress by paying attention to his/her
regularity,
punctuality and discipline.
Parents must encourage their ward to
cultivate
neatness.
Remarks put down in the diary should be
checked and
countersigned regularly.
Gifting or presenting any item to
teachers/staff is
strictly prohibited.
Parents are requested not to enter the
academic block
to see their children or teachers during class hours.
In case of any legitimate complaint or if
you feel your
ward is not making the desired progress, you can meet the Class Teacher/
Subject
Teachers on all working days, at 08:30 A.M. in the morning.
Leave for Half day is strongly discouraged.
In case of
an emergency, a written application shall be given addressing the Principal
Ma’am for
the grant of leave.
Any information given in the School Planner
is subject
to change at any time at the sole discretion of the school authorities.
Any such changes will be informed through
message.
Parents must regularly read the circulars
sent from
school.
A student suffering from any infectious or
contagious
disease must observe the under mentioned prescribed period of quarantine
before
returning to school:
Chickenpox - Till complete falling of scabs.
Cholera - Till the child has completely recovered.
Measles - Two weeks after the rash disappears.
Mumps - Until the swelling has completely subsided.
Jaundice - Six weeks.
A fitness certificate from a Registered
Medical
Practitioner must be submitted on rejoining school.
Arriving late to the school is not
permitted. The
students who come late for more than two days shall face a disciplinary
action on the
third such occurrence, or may be sent back home.
Parents who make private transport
arrangements for
their ward by hiring vans / rickshaws etc. will be fully responsible to
ensure that
proper verification of drivers, rickshaw pullers is done and all safety
measures have
been taken to avoid any untoward incident.
Water bottles or tiffin sent to the school
through
anyone, for the students, will not be accepted by the school as a matter of
security.
